FBI director tells Congress agency uses drones for surveillance on U.S. soil
Wed Jun 19, 2013
"The drones that have come into practice in the United States, though, are different from the armed, militarized drones used in military operations." This is confusing as the dickens, (deliberately so.) They are exactly the same drones the military and CIA have used to observe, and destroy targets …
Analysis: Why Edward Snowden isn't a whistle-blower, legally speaking
Tue Jun 18, 2013
What is interesting about this - Senator Leahy, Vermont, now chair of the Senate Judicial Committee, and one of the most senior members of the senate, once leaked secrets, while he was on the Senate Intelligence Committee, and never even got a reprimand. Can anyone see a double standard here?
Indiana woman on death row since she was 16 to be released

It is time to get over this "racist" issue, and I don't care if you are black or white, a lot of these comments made, on both sides, are just plain racist. But, until I actually saw the picture of this female murderer, I didn't even know she was black.
Jeb Bush touts family-focused, 'fertile' immigrants as economic boon
Fri Jun 14, 2013
Immigrants I have no problem with. It is the illegal ALIENS that just come here for the cash, and send it back to Mexico, or wherever, to support their families there.
Battered city of Gary, Ind., considers shrinking 40 percent to save itself

They need to get back to interesting our own c …

Newtown families return to Hill as administration restarts gun control push
Wed Jun 12, 2013
See what happens when this issue comes up. It is so divisive, people are resorting to childish name calling, when there is a REAL problem out in the country.
Ambassador responds to allegations of misconduct from State Department memo
Tue Jun 11, 2013
I'm going to throw a wrench into this political name calling and say, What do you know. MSNBC is NOT naming the ambassador, or country assigned to.
NBC News/WSJ poll: Affirmative action support at historic low

Unless, and until, we are ALL judged on our abilities alone, racial prejudice will continue.
Susan Komen CEO's salary draws fire as donations drop, races are canceled
Mon Jun 10, 2013
There are only one or two "national" charities wife and I support. And none of them have overpaid, high priced, over politicized C.E.O's. The one we prefer is our local United Way. We ensure our donations help local people, not third world countries. We do support the Shriners Children's Hospital.
